After years of following each other I finally got to capture Alysha Sigsworth! She is such a talent and so passionate about everything she does. I loved working with her as a co designer and a model. She is incredibly driven & it’s amazing to watch her do her thing.

This skirt will forever be a fave! Melissa bought this session for herself last year as a birthday gift during my Black Friday Sale! Fall Photo Sessions in Kamloops, BC with Emily-May Photography

Well it’s that time of year! The midnight oil is being burnt & the coffee pot is on. But I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I’m a bit behind on blog posts but working through them. I want to show these off because I think they’re so dang beautiful.

Some of these are delivered finals to clients and are now ready to be in their forever frames and some are works in progress from this week that will get their own feature later on. Kamloops is really showing off for us this fall.

Happy almost Halloween and can’t wait to see you all in November for Christmas. (Can’t believe I am already saying that!)

Family Photo Session at Peterson Creek Park in Kamloops, BC with Emily-May Photography

This session was an absolute dream!

And good for us we all ended up at the right location. I realized 10 minutes before the session that I never confirmed where we would be shooting. But seeing as all our other sessions have been at Peterson Creek Park I guess it was a pretty safe bet!

I love this park for it’s variety of locations. If I had to choose just one spot in Kamloops to photograph, this would be the one. No matter the time of day there is always somewhere beautiful to photograph. The only thing to note is that the sun sets about an hour before other parts of Kamloops, so plan your sessions accordingly.

Ally & family made the absolute most of their time with a full family session. We had outfit changes galore but it all flowed beautifully. The hunter green dress is by Myrtle and Moss Photography and now available through the #emclientcloset! The white floral dress is also a new addition.

I was so happy to meet this little guy officially! He is such a cutie and the happiest baby I’ve ever met. He is a lucky and loved baby, with two amazing parents.
